New Permanent Representative of Bhutan Presents Credentials
Dago Tshering, the new Permanent Representative of Bhutan to the United Nations, is seen presenting his credentials to Secretary-General Kurt Waidheim at United Nations Headquarters today. Prior to his appointment as Permanent Representative, Mr. Tshering has been, since 1973, Deputy Permanent Representative.
