First Permanent Representative of Bhutan Presents Credentials
Sangye Penjor (left), the first Permanent Representative of Bhutan to the United Nations, presenting his credentials to Secretary-General U Thant at United Nations Headquarters this morning. In 1970, he was appointed Minister for Communications, in which capacity he served until his present appointment.
