Argentina's Representative to United Nations Trade Conference in Havana Announces "Peron Plan".
Diego Luis Molinari, head of the Argentinian delegation to the United Nations Conference on Trade and Employment, holds a press conference at the Hotel Nacional, Havana.
Mr. Molinari announced Argentina's "Peron Plan" of long-term credits of $5, 000,000,000 to the world's needy nations, especially South America. He said that his government's plan should go into effect at the same time as the Marshall Plan.
