U.N. Secretary-General Meets Prime Minister Chou En-Lai
Secretary-General Dag Hammarskjöld went to China to seek, at the General Assembly's request, the release of all detained U.N. Command personnel who wish to be repatriated, including 11 U.S. airmen sentenced to imprisonment on espionage charges by the Chinese People's Republic.
