Commission on Human Rights Opens Twenty-Fifth Session in Geneva
The United Nations Commission on Human Rights opened its twenty-fifth session in Geneva today with the representatives of 32 countries, members of the Commission, participating in its work. At the presiding table during the opening session today, from left to right, are: Mr. Marc Schreiber, Director, UN Division of Human Rights; Mr. R.Q. Quentin-Baxter (New Zealand), Chairman of the Commission; and Mr. Kamleshwar Das, Secretary of the Commission.
