Secretary-General Returns from African Tour
The Secretary-General U Thant had interrupted his tour in Africa and returned to New York, after receiving an urgent message from United Nations Headquarters in New York, bringing to his attention the latest developments regarding several international issues, including Cyprus, which required his immediate personal attention.
