UN Refugee Agency Starts Voluntary Transfer of Congolese Refugees Away from War Zone

UNHCR - the UN refugee Agency has begun the voluntary transfer of tens of thousands of displaced Congolese refugees away from the active war zone to the Mugunga camp west of Goma in eastern DRC. Thousands more have fled to Uganda in an effort to get away for the violence.
