Approximately 300 children also participated in the Third World Congress Against Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents currently underway in Rio de Janiero, Brazil. Rebecca, one of the Participants says it's important that children have a voice in discussions about the issues that impact them as well as proposed solutions.
