Africa's voice at Copenhagen Climate Meet

A brief walk-out by African delegates during the second week at climate change talks in Copenhagen highlighted some of the challenges to reaching an agreement to set targets to reduce emissions and help developing countries adapt to the effects of climate change. African countries are insisting on a maximum 1.5 degrees Celsius increase in the earth's temperature in order for them to survive. 

  

Chaos and confusion at Climate Talks: UN Radio reporter

UN Radio's Liling Huang is in Copenhagen to cover the UN Climate Change talks and was caught up in the crowds and difficulty entering the Bella Center where the talks are taking place. In this report, she described the chaos and uses the moment to talk to Ebrima Dem, a youth delegate from the Gambia, about his hopes for the conference.
