Ban Ki-moon hails agreement in Copenhagen on efforts to stem the effects of climate change
UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, in remarks to the media at the conclusion of the UN Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen, Denmark said that the Copenhagen Accord may not be everything that everyone had hoped for but there was progress on the four benchmarks he had laid out for success.
