A brief walk-out by African delegates during the second week at climate change talks in Copenhagen highlighted some of the challenges to reaching an agreement to set targets to reduce emissions and help developing countries adapt to the effects of climate change. African countries are insisting on a maximum 1.5 degrees Celsius increase in the earth's temperature in order for them to survive.
