President Chavez fears there are 'two President Obamas'

Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez says while he agrees with some of the positions of US President Barack Obama, he's concerned that there are two Obamas.

Speaking through a translator he points to the military bases that the United States is utilizing in his neighboring Colombia.

"I hope and this is our wish that the government of the United States will be able to reverse course and to respect our America. But given the winds that blow - seven military bases in Colombia. Well what do you think about that? Not one, seven. Why Obama? Why Obama? For the peace that you are advocating, you have to be consistent, otherwise there are two Obamas."

Despite strained relations between the governments of Venezuela and the United States in the past, President Chavez is now calling for the United States and Venezuela to come together to fight hunger, poverty and the effects of climate change.
