The first evidence that it's possible to eliminate onchocerciasis has been declared a milestone. Onchocerciasis, or river blindness, is a debilitating disease affecting 37 million people in Africa. UN Radio's Patrick Maigua speaks to Dr. Hans Remme, a consultant for the World Health Organization on river blindness be eliminated.
