The UN refugee agency (UNHCR) this week celebrated the release of one of its officials who had been kidnapped in Pakistan. John Solecki, head of UNHCR's office in the southern city of Quetta, was freed on March 28th by the group which had abducted him in February. Dianne Penn reports.
