- A Rwandan lawyer appears before the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda to face charges of contempt of court. Leonidas Nshogoza is accused of trying to fabricate evidence and get false statements in support of an appeal by a former Rwandan minister serving a life sentence for his role in the 1994 genocide in Rwanda.
