Secretary-General calls for increased partnerships to further global development

Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon briefs at the World Economic Forum in Davos. The SG calls for an increased number of partnerships meant to enhance development, economic growth and global health in the world's poorest nations. He also reports on a new plan, the 'Global Green New Deal,' which Ban says will increase jobs and curb climate change worldwide. The Prime Minister of the United Kingdon, Gordon Brown who briefs after Ban Ki-moon, echoes the statement of the Secretary-General and expands on his nation's plans for economic development.
