Human rights chief expresses concern about rights abuses in DRC

The UN High Commissioner for Human Rights has expressed deep concern about the on-going human rights abuse by the Lord's Resistance Army in northern Democratic Republic of Congo, as well as responses to the LRA and what may happen in the wake of the arrest of Congolese rebel commander General Laurent Nkunda.
