The New USG for Peacekeeping Says 80% of UNAMID in Place in Darfur by Year's End is Optimistic

Alain Le Roy, the new Under-Secretary-General for Peacekeeping Operations has called the goal of having eighty percent of the UNAMID troops on the ground by the end of the year overly optimistic. He says fifty percent is more realistic.
