UNICEF Launches Campaign to Stop the Rape of Women and Girls in the DRC

Every year thousands of women and young girls are raped in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and too often the rapists go unpunished. UNICEF has partnered with an organization called V-Day to bring together women rape survivors to tell their stories and to work to put an end to rape and sexual violence.
