During the two year review of the UN's Global Counter-Terrorism Strategy, U.S. Deputy UN Permanent Representative Alejandro Wolff said America supports the UN's central role in combating terrorism and will do everything it can to implement the four pillars of the strategy. Those pillars include addressing conditions that are conducive to terrorism, preventing and com batting terrorism, building the capacity of country to confront terrorism and respecting human rights and the rule of law when battling terrorism.
