Sounding an 'Alarm' - UN Report on Progress on Millennium Development Goals

Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon says while progress has been made, the world is currently falling short in efforts to reach the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) by 2015. The SG expressed concern about the poverty, education,
development and health care goals. Top world leaders will gather at the UN on September 25th. Secretary-General Ban hopes to jump start the drive to reach the MDGs before they leave town.
