Russia Calls For Security Council Endorsement of Georgia Peace Plan - U.S. Calls on Russia to Follow It

After rejecting a French Security Council resolution calling on Russia to withdraw its forces in Georgia, Russia has now proposed a resolution that follows, word for word, a peace plan brokered by France's President and signed by all sides. The U.S. says just repeating those words, without Russia's compliance with what they say, would do little good.
