Russia Calls French Security Council Georgia Resolution 'Propaganda, Biased and Unobjective'

Russia says it can't support a French sponsored Security Council resolution that does not include all six points of an agreed to peace plan for Georgia. Instead, the text focuses on only two points and particularly on the need for a Russia withdrawing its combat troops. Russia's UN Ambassador Vitaly Churkin says Russian troops are withdrawing and calls Tuesday's meeting on the new French draft a "waste of time."
