An Informed Public a Key to Improved Security - Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon

Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon says informing the public about the work of the United Nations is one of the keys to improving security wherever the UN operates. He made the comment at a ceremony commemorating the fifth anniversary of the terrorist bombing of UN headquarters in Baghdad. Twenty-two people were killed.
