While presiding at a ceremony held in memory of the 22 people killed when terrorists blew up UN headquarters in Baghdad five years ago today (August 19), Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon says the United Nations has continued to help the Iraqi people and will keep up that work until enduring peace is achieved.
