'Landmark' UN - Iraq Agreement on Reconstruction Development and Humanitarian Needs

The United Nations and Iraq have signed what's being described as a "landmark cooperation agreement" defining how the UN will support Iraq's reconstruction, development and humanitarian needs over the next three years. Under the strategy, UN agencies will work with the Government to help it achieve key economic and social goals.
