Despite No Access in South Ossetia, ICRC Assisting in North Ossetia and Abkhazia

The International Committee of the Red Cross has still not been able to access those in need in South Ossetia. However, Spokesperson Anna Nelson says the agency is assisting North Ossetia and Abkhazia.
