UN Appeals for Assistance for Somali Victims

UN agencies working in Somalia have appealed for immediate assistance to victims of tidal waves there.
An official at the Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) says there's a need to act now and mobilize needed resources. More than 200 people were killed and over 50 thousand internally displaced in Somalia when the tsunamis struck its coastline on Sunday.
