Emergency Relief Coordinator, says there can be no humanitarian solution to the crisis in Somalia unless there is a political settlement. Each month, 20,000 people flee the capital, Mogadishu, due to on-going violence. Mr. Holmes spoke to UN Radio's Diane Bailey.
