Mobility of Talent Replacing "Brain Drain"

A new study by the United Nations University examines the role of what it calls "high value" migrants - those that bring particular skills, knowledge and creativity that create great economic value.

The authors argue that the concept of the "brain drain" is outdated, and what we have now is a mobility of talent.
