HIV infections remain high in Africa: World Bank

A new report by the World Bank says that HIV/AIDS will continue to be a serious challenge for the foreseeable future to sub-Saharan Africa. The Bank says that for every infected African starting antiretroviral therapy for the first time, another four to six become newly infected. UN Radio's Derrick Mbatha spoke with Elizabeth Lule, who deals with HIV/AIDS issues at the World Bank in Washington.
