This week's programme highlights the concerns expressed by various Caribbean delegations at the United Nations on the scheduling of debate on Water and Sanitation on the first observance of Small-Island Developing States -"SIDS Day."

Antigua and Barbuda on behalf of the G'77 and China, The Bahamas, Barbados, Grenada on behalf of the Alliance of Small Island States -AOSIS and Jamaica all expressed objection to the schedule.
