UN welcomes arrest of former Bosnian Serb leader Radovan Karadzic

Former Bosnian Serb leader Radovan Karadzic, who spent more than a decade evading capture, is now in the hands of the Serbian authorities.
The arrest is a "huge milestone" for international justice, says tribunal spokesperson Nerma Jalacic.
