Rebel groups must unite to reach a lasting solution for Darfur

The military head of the joint United Nations/African Union peacekeeping mission in Darfur is insisting that a lasting solution to the conflict in Sudan's Darfur region needs the splintered rebel movements to unite at the negotiation table.
