So we are here at the DGACM day in central park. It's about an hour in and it's a beautiful autumn day. The sun is shining, it's lovely and warm and there are loads of families here. In the background you can hear a Spanish folk song that's being played by Younes Abouyoub who is also a translator at the UN. Sitting by the stage is Under-Secretary-General Shaaban Muhammad Shaaban who we spoke to on Friday about this event, he looks to enjoying affairs - I think he might even have been dancing. We are going to go and talk to him in a moment.
