Secretary-General to attend AU Summit on DRC

The UN Secretary-General is leaving for Nairobi to attend an African Union summit on the crisis in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
The summit comes as fighting continues in North Kivu province in the eastern part of the DRC, despite a ceasefire.
UN agencies are working to assist thousands of displaced people who need water, food aid and emergency shelter. It's estimated that more than 200,000 people have fled their homes.
