UN chief hopes G20 will address challenges of the poorest

Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon is expected to make brief remarks late on Friday in Washington, DC, as the leaders of the G20 developed and emerging markets meet to find a solution to the current global economic and financial crisis.
Shortly after meeting Thursday with British Prime Minister Gordon Brown at UN headquarters, the Secretary-General told reporters of his hopes for the Washington D.C meeting saying he will closely coordinate and discuss how to address this global financial crisis.He says as Secretary-General of the United Nations, he's concerned about the big challenges of the poorest of the poor people.
And he sincerely hopes that the leaders of the G20 will address this issue.
The G-20 includes the United States, Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Britain, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, South Korea and Turkey.
