One year later, the UN Special Envoy for Tsunami Recovery, President Bill Clinton, has issued a report which reviews the situation in the 12 tsunami-affected countries. It covers in detail the situation in Indonesia, Sri Lanka, India, Thailand, Maldives, as well as damage caused in Malaysia, Myanmar, Bangladesh, Somalia, the Seychelles, Tanzania and Kenya. This program covers conditions on the ground and shows that while recovery is ongoing, there is still a lot to be done to restore livelihoods and infrastructures. (www.tsunamispecialenvoy.org )
