"Multiple and grave violations" of human rights have occurred across Crimea, since it was occupied by Russian forces in March 2014.

The report documents evidence of arbitrary arrests, detentions and enforced disappearances of civilians in the Ukrainian Peninsula, at the hands of Russian security services and a paramilitary Russian group.
