Despite insecurity, a breakdown in the rule of law, and an all-around "difficult situation" in Libya, the UN Development Programme (UNDP) remains committed to its projects that support citizens, refugees and migrants.

That's the message from Noura Hamladji, UNDP's Country Director in the North African nation, who is based in neighbouring Tunisia.

During a recent visit to UN Headquarters, she sat down with Mustafa al-Gamal to outline their work on the ground, such as supporting the rehabilitation of healthcare facilities and schools damaged by conflict.
