Fish are helping to bring communities together in one conflict-affected part of South Sudan thanks to a small but hugely significant project undertaken by the United Nations peacekeeping mission in the country, UNMISS.

Fishing the Nile River has for a long time been central to the economy of the town of Bor, in the east of South Sudan and now the building of a dedicated market place is not only making it easier for the sellers and buyers to get together it is also building trust between people.

Daniel Dickinson reports from Bor.
