Azerbaijan forum seeks to build bridges through dialogue

Promoting a world where thoughtful debate serves as a bridge to unite people is the goal of a three-day conference taking place  in Azerbaijan.

Participants at the 4th World Forum on Intercultural Dialogue, taking place in the capital, Baku, will discuss topics ranging from faith and religion, to sustainable development, art, preventing violent extremism and building trust and cooperation among cultures and civilizations.

Jocelyne Sambira is covering the forum and has been speaking to Nada Al-Nashif, Assistant Director General for Human and Social Sciences with UN cultural agency, UNESCO.
