Counter-terrorism cooperation between Member States to protect "critical infrastructure" needs to be more extensive, according to a senior UN official.

Chef de Cabinet Maria Luiza Ribeiro Viotti was briefing the Security Council on Monday, which unanimously adopted a resolution designed to improve international responses to terrorist attacks on public services such as energy and water supplies.
