Human Rights Council "as relevant as ever"

No less than 193 countries are expected in Geneva for the start of the 32nd session of the UN Human Rights Council on Monday; it's the first time the assembly will have seen all Member States in attendance.

Ten years after the council was founded to highlight rights violations and to end impunity, it remains as relevant as ever, as council president Ambassador Choi Kyong-lim tells Daniel Johnson.
