World must "wake up from the fog of success" over climate change

The world needs to "wake up from the fog of success" over the Paris Agreement on climate change, according to the President of the World Bank.

Jim Yong Kim was speaking at the Climate Action 2016 summit in Washington DC, which began on Wednesday.

He said that the achievement of last December's historic agreement which was officially signed by 175 countries last month, could be lost without immediate action.
