"Bring to book" people who harm journalists in South Sudan

The perpetrators of violence against journalists in South Sudan should be brought "to book," according to the UN cultural agency, UNESCO.

Seven media workers lost their lives in 2015: a period during which the African country continued to experience civil conflict.

Tuesday marks World Press Freedom Day, this year the theme for which is Access to Information and Fundamental Freedoms.

Sani Martin has been speaking to Lydia Gachungi who works for UNESCO in South Sudan.
