The Refugee Radio Network is expanding fast throughout Europe, and "the sky's the limit."

That's the upbeat message from its founder, Nigerian-born Larry McCauley, in a special interview with the UN's cultural organization, UNESCO, in honour of World Radio Day 2016.

Larry's journey took him from Nigeria, to Libya; then on to Italy, and finally to Germany, where his life-long love of radio and desire to help fellow refugees, came together to create a powerful new voice in broadcasting.

UNESCO's Alison Meston, joined him on air, to hear the full story.
