"Absolute evil" of terrorist attacks has historical precedent

The terrorist attacks in Paris, France, which led to the deaths of 129 people have been described as acts of "absolute evil" by a Holocaust event participant, at UN headquarters.

The event on Wednesday is focused on the promotion of peace in the aftermath of genocide.

Menachem Rosensaft is General Counsel of the World Jewish Congress and is taking part.

Daniel Dickinson began by asking him how he saw the recent events in Paris.
