Pacific region issues clear and strong message on climate change

With four of the world's 10 most disaster-prone countries located in the Pacific, the region is making sure its concerns about climate change are being heard globally.

Representatives from across the region met recently in New Zealand for consultations ahead of the World Humanitarian Summit to be held next year in Turkey.

Dianne Penn spoke to Alice Clements, spokesperson for the UN children's agency, UNICEF in Fiji, who attended the meeting.
