Pause in fighting "not enough to reach everyone in Yemen"

A negotiated pause in fighting in Yemen appears to be holding but concerns remain that warring parties cannot be relied upon to allow humanitarian agencies to distribute desperately needed aid.

The warning comes as the humanitarian ceasefire enters its third day.

The UN coordinating agency OCHA is reporting sporadic but "very heavy fighting."

Yemen continues to suffer from conflict as rebels attempt to take control of the country.
